B-M Bullet Assembly Press
Originally delivered to the Swedish Government Ammunition Board by AB Bolinder-Munktell in 1942, this heavy-duty bullet assembly press was meticulously renovated and modernized by our team to meet today's production standards.
6-Station horizontal transfer press
It is designed to be fed with pre-drawn and cut bullet jackets alongside pre-formed lead cores.

Stations 1 & 2: Point Forming – Progressively shaping the ogive (tip) of the jacket.

Station 3: Core Insertion – Seating of the pre-formed lead core into the jacket.

Station 4: Base Closing – Folding and sealing the base of the jacket to secure the core.

Station 5: Final Forming – Pressing the bullet into its final shape.

Station 6: Calibration (Sizing) – Final sizing process to guarantee strict dimensional tolerances and concentricity.

Production Rate: 60 to 80 bullets per minute, providing a highly reliable and steady output for commercial manufacturing.

We currently have three (3) machines of this exact model available for sale. At present, these presses have been completely dismantled, thoroughly cleaned, and freshly painted.
